Returns and Refunds Policy
Hatching Eggs Policy
We do NOT guarantee hatch rates (once the eggs leave our farm there are variables outside of our control), and cannot guarantee they will not be damaged in shipping, but we will ensure they have plenty of foam padding and are small end down. All of our hatching egg sales are FINAL, therefore all risk is assumed by the customer once purchased and no returns are accepted.
Chick Policy
Minimum order is 10 chicks and maximum chicks per shipping box is 20. Live chick delivery guaranteed; losses will be compensated via store credit only.
We ship chicks between 4-days and 1-week of age. GroGel and feed are supplied to the chicks inside the shipping container; this limits the max birds per standard package to 20-chicks, not 25 as indicated on the box.
Returns and Refunds
We do NOT accept returns for any food item, hatching eggs or live chicks. Refunds will be approved on a case by case basis, with hatching eggs and live chicks being compensated by store credit only. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrived defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hwpasturesllc@gmail.com.
